Kids Together, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of the patented face-to-face, eye-to-eye Expression Swing — now at Kids Together Playground!
What's New
Kids Together Playground now features the Expression Swing — a patented face-to-face, eye-to-eye swing for young toddlers and an older rider to swing together.
Designed for connection and promoting intergenerational play, the swing's layout seats two riders across from each other — a supportive cradle seat for toddlers on one side and a swing across from them fit for an adult or older child.
The Expression Swing is in the toddler swing area toward the front of the playground — joining the family of belt, adaptive, wheelchair, bucket, and tire swings found throughout the playground.

Sensory, Social, & Emotional impacts
- Social & Emotional Bonding: The shared rhythm and face-to-face experience engage the senses and spark a significant moment of emotional bonding called "attunement" — a connection that supports social, emotional, and cognitive well-being for both.
- Sensory Impacts & Calming Regulation: Vestibular stimulation helps develop a sense of spatial orientation (improving balance and coordination skills) and creates calming sensory input through rhythmic motion (improving emotional regulation for all).
